APPS (American Para Professional Systems ) began in 1972, and has grown to be the largest paramedical company in the US

Renee Loman

Renee’s career in the medical field began in 1986 in Jacksonville, FL after earning her Medical Assisting Degree from Concorde Career Institute. Prior to Renee joining APPS she worked in the hospital as Unit Secretary. Renee has worked as a field examiner with APPS over the last 34 years. She still works in the field and in the office as a Customer Service Representative. Renee has three incredible daughters and 7 beautiful grandchildren.

Cynthia J. Condy

Cindy started her medical career as a Navy Corpsman. After 10 years in the Military, she attended Jacksonville University for their Medical Technology Program. She spent seven years working in the Stat Lab of Memorial Hospital. She came to APPS in 1987 as a field examiner. After several years in the field, she was invited to come into the office in the position of Office Manager and eventually as Regional VP of Operations. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the APPS and our exam processes. Cynthia lost her spouse 2 years ago, but has 2 goregous children and 4 beautiful granddaughters.

Patty Wilson

Patty's career in the medical field began in Erie, PA after earning her Medical Assisting degree from Gannon University. She then transferred into the nursing program at Villa Maria College. After working at Hamot Medical Center in Erie for 7 years, Patty wanted a change in careers (and out of the cold) so she became a flight attendant with American Airlines in Baltimore/Washington. Deciding on a more “grounded” career, she became a Paramedical examiner in Baltimore, MD with Paramedical Companies that are no longer in existence. In 2002 Patty moved to Jacksonville, where she remains as the in-house examiner for APPS of North Florida. Patty is married to Walt. They have furry son named Ranger and together they enjoy fishing and glamping with friends and family.

Paula Cooke

Paula Cooke started her career in Radiology at Mease – Dunedin Hospital and worked her up to Supervisor of the Radiology file department. She then moved on to Medical Records at Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill Florida. Paula continued her studies and finished with her Certificate in Medical Transcription. She eventually moved to Jacksonville and serves as Customer Service Rep at APPS since 2016. Paula and her husband Jonathan reside in Jacksonville and enjoy metal detecting, trivia nights and gardening.
